"SAGAR SAARTHI" THE FLAGSHIP EVENT OF SAGAR INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (SISTec)

                                            SAGAR SAARTHI

Sagar Institute of Science and Technology(SISTec) Gandhi Nagar is going to organise its  flagship event  SAGAR SAARTHI on 8th and 9 Feb. SAGAR SAARTHI is a career guidance seminar for the students in the region who are preparing for the competitive examinations this year.

For some students cracking  the competitive examinations is a cakewalk but to some students, succeess is never certain even after studying for longer  hours attended with hard preparation. The difference lies in just the approach which an aspirant follows and the mindset of the aspirant. The guidance from the experts becomes really helpful at this stage, as it instills confidence in students and it becomes easier for them to channelise their energy in a specific direction.

In today's competitive world, where their is a neck and neck competition,it becomes very important for the aspirants to be updated with the changing scenario of the competitive examinations like GATE and CAT and to formulate a winning strategy way in advance. One should be cognizant about his/her strengths and weaknesses and should always try to avoid attempting questionss from areas in which he/she is  less confident.

TIME MANAGEMENT: It is extremely important to manage time also. The vastness of the syllabus will make any number of hours look short. Hence, it is always recommended to break the syllabus into small and more manageable quantity and allocate time accordingly.  One should however remember that putting in endless amount of time behind a particular work will be futile if there is no productivity gained. Candidates should wisely allocate time to subjects depending on the level of difficulty level.

Keeping these points in mind,SISTec is organising a highly beneficial workshop to benefit the students and to make them aware about the need to bridge the gap between the academics and the changing employer needs. The Highlights of the event will be the ALL INDIA toppers of GATE and CAT along with the senior level HR from companies like TCS and from  PSUs like ONGC,SAIL etc.The toppers will share their winning secrets, tips and tricks to sail through the tough competition.
