The Sagar Group, founded by Shree Sudhir Kumar Agrawal in 1983, is one of the fastest growing private sector enterprises, with its first engineering college SISTec set up in the year 2007, after its grand success SISTec-E near Sikandrabad Ratibad, Bhopal was establishment  in the year 2009. SISTec-E is a premier research-intensive tertiary institution which focuses on creativity and innovation. We strive to ensure that students, especially those from backgrounds traditionally underrepresented in engineering, have the opportunity to realize their aspirations while also contributing their unique ideas, skills, talents, and strengths to the daily life of the College of Engineering. The institute has modernized its entire infrastructure- thus scaling new heights in the field of  technical education through the dedicated efforts of its faculty, staff and students. We believes in strong industry-institute collaboration. Several laboratories have come up in the institute with industry support. Industry & Alumni representatives are associated in giving expert lectures to students.

 Majority of the academic & non academic work now is online, We wish to develop a system wherein the students will receive all the information through a single window. Hassle free information access and quality education are the key objectives set by us.

Research is an integral part of formal education. In today’s competitive global scenario, it is essential to inculcate research culture and habits amongst students and faculty. The faculty and students are encouraged to work on state of art research projects, carry out expert consultancy work, create wealth of knowledge by filing patents, create a multidisciplinary work environment, work with a professional and scientific approach, and have a healthy competition amongst peer groups to achieve excellence. The Institute is selected as the remote center of IIT, Bombay under the proud leadership of principal Dr.Dinesh Kumar Rajoriya.

The goal of Training & Placement Cell is to Provide employment opportunities and world class training to the Students. The Placement Cell at SISTec-E is a fully student coordinated body which  works under the guidance of the Principal and Placement Cell Officer. The Placement Cell conducts placement training activities in the campus to prepare the students to meet the needs of corporate world.

The pre final year students gets an opportunity to attend Sagar Manthan .An internships program done to  get exposure to the corporate world. lt would give them a clear picture of the actual  corporate scenario and hence would make them perform better later at work. It would also serve as a platform for them to sharpen their work skills.

Apart from academics other activities like sports, cultural, extracurricular and social are equally important to boost their confidence, improve communication/presentation skill, build team spirit,inculcate sportsmanship, leadership quality and decision making ability. In tune with our Institute’s Vision and Mission our commitment is to develop human beings who are technologically superior having social concern.SISTec-E provides competent technical manpower to the country. We are proud that this Institution has consistently maintained its tradition of excellence in the field of technical education till date and henceforth.
